As we scale our business, our Property portfolio has increased substantially and now with the vision to achieve business profitability we must optimize our footprint and property network.

As part of completing our UK Property team, we are looking for a committed Property Intern to support the management and organization of our current UK portfolio of over 200 UK properties!

What You'll Be Doing

• In line with the UK property strategy, actively track status and financials along with ensuring the best actions and steps are taken in the interest of Getir. Following up daily with tasks set for the internal Real Estate team members and external agents
• Manage and undertake any tasks required for sourcing, closing and handing over of properties to meet Real Estate targets
• Prepare and/or file financial documents and records alongside carrying out financial obligations in relation to properties
• Prepare deal due diligence information
• Work with internal and external legal persons to action real estate related activities
• Support in admin related activities required across the UK Property team
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices and support in any property information requests
• Ensure all properties being marketed are displayed in their best interests
• Highlight any property risks related to the Getir estate

What You'll Bring

• Full right to work in the UK (British passport or passport + BRP card + share code for non-UK citizens) for full time employment. (We cannot accept student visas unfortunately).
• Full Time availability (32-40 hours a week) for a 6 month internship
• Ideally, be able to join us in April!
• Familiarity with data and analytical tools such as Excel, strong organization skills and English language proficiency
• Genuine interest in the Property and commercial Real Estate world!
• A self-starter who loves to make a difference!
• Strong team spirit, positive attitude, and a solution-focused mindset
