Job description

Our organisation is seeking to employ a Property Manager with experience in the real estate industry and proficiency in property management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management experience, as well as an exceptional understanding of regulatory requirements. This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing our portfolio of real estate assets, including apartments, retail spaces and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, maintain and repair property.
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports.
  • Prepare rent roll.
  • Arrange for the repair of major property damage.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £33,761.00-£36,977.00 per year
