Offered Position: Property Assistant Manager

The Property Assistant Manager will be motivated and driven to deliver with the Team a warm and welcoming Guest’s experience with the ability to work very efficiently and have a passion to deliver a service exceeding expectations.

Duties will include maximising income generation, coordinate and undertake duty management of the properties and oversee the management and planning of new projects. You'll ensure high level service for our visitors and maximise the financial success of the operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident individual to join an exciting, vibrant and growing Company. Veevo Home currently operates in London with a portfolio of 26 properties and it’s expanding its operations in Dubai and Marrakech.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build Management Team and its operations

- Manage and monitor activities of the Team, making sure that they adhere to the standards of excellence and follow Company procedures and standards at all times;

- Consider Guest’s satisfaction in everything you and the Team do to deliver an outstanding experience, take your time to understand, engage and recognise what the Company needs to make it happen;

- Direct and oversee apartments operations during shift to ensure Guest satisfaction and safety;

- Assist with all operations including other departments whenever required;

- Maintain high productivity of the Team as well as good cooperation and communication between the departments;

- Manage all manpower during shift to maximise and make sure all duties are completed timely and efficiently.

You will receive:

- Salary: £28000.00 first year, increasing yearly

- Bonus: Subject to target achievement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
