Oliver Rayns launched in 2017 and have become one of the fastest growing estate agencies in Leicester recently upsizing into a larger premises in the summer of 2021.
We pride ourselves on being forward thinking and using multiple avenues to advertise our properties and have found ourselves needing further assistance to ensure customers and clients have an unforgettable experience when marketing their home.
Requirements/ Experience

Job Role
· Producing well written copy of property details.
· Dealing with clients for sales/lettings properties in a friendly and efficient manner.
· Typing and organising reports & statistics.
· Producing copywrite for blogs and assisting the marketing co-ordinator.
· Arranging the marketing of available properties including: photographs, floor plans, EPCs, creating brochures, window cards and external advertising.
· Ensuring Anti-Money laundering policies are followed.
· Office management;- including, filing, ordering supplies and maintenance & presentation of the office.
· Providing general support for the sales and lettings departments.
Hours
Monday - Tuesday 8:45am - 5pm
Saturday 8:45am-2:00pm
