Legacy PCL is an independent boutique property consultancy, offering a plethora of bespoke professional services in Residential Sales Lettings and Management, Development and Investment. Our core areas of expertise include but are not limited to North West and Prime Central London. Established 9 years ago, Legacy is a thriving company with a strong brand promoting professionalism, integrity and efficiency across each stage of the value chain. We require an enthusiastic property administrator to join our already buzzing team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the smooth running of the office.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other staff across the business in a professional and efficient manner.
- Requesting, monitoring, and ensuring the return of references for new tenants.
- Completing all required paperwork.
- Drawing up tenancy agreements and ensuring these are signed and returned.
- Dealing with landlord and tenant queries.
- Ensuring all properties comply with regulatory requirements and relevant compliance certificates e.g; EPCs, Gas and Electrical Safety checks are up to date.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Supervising checking-in & checking-out Tenants.
- Overseeing the rent review process and negotiating rent increases as required.
- Editing property pictures taken by the team.
- Composing property descriptions.
- Advertising properties to be uploaded across the portals.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries, or requests, and handling them when appropriate and/or taking accurate messages.
- Putting together, printing and sending out property lists.
- Preparing reports when required.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Uploading properties onto the portals.
- Liaising with branding manager to design and upload social media content.
- Creating invoices for any works requested by the Landlord for us to handle.
- Providing aftercare services to our clients.
- Assisting with organising events and team bonding activities.
- Archiving electronic records and files and general file administration.
- Being responsible for petty cash.
- Maintaining the database of stock and ensuring online content is accurate and comprehensive.
Requirements:
- Highly organised and structured approach to work.
- Candidates must be professional and well presented, have an excellent understanding of computer software (ideally Expert Agent, Canva, Goodlord and Lightroom) and have a high level of administrative ability in property.
- Impeccable writing and telephone writing skills are a must for this role.
- We desire an approachable person with charisma and confidence who is an excellent team-player.
- Estate agency admin experience is desired for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
