We have a fantastic opportunity to work for an amazing organisation that provides housing for the homeless. This Project worker role will be based in the Oxford area. This role will be working in the service to support the residents, general maintenance of the building and security of the site.
This Project worker role will consist of carrying out regular building inspections, checking the clients in and out, dealing with issues and query’s, developing and maintaining relationships with the clients, help maintain the standard of cleanliness, monitoring of CCTV, to assist the residents in understanding housing management and any decisions relating to their accommodation and reporting any issues to safeguarding.
Suitable candidates for this Project worker role would have experience working with the homeless in a similar service. Experience with housing projects, working with people who suffer mental health issues or addiction problems is essential.
