Hours: 37 hours a week

Location: Council House/Remote Working
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team supporting capital, grant funded and reform projects across all council departments.
You will be required to minute a variety of project meetings, some of which are complex, so accurate minute taking experience is essential. You will also be responsible for updating project logs in a timely manner.
You will need to be proactive, organised, and a fast learner with the ability to prioritise quickly. Building and maintaining relationships and your attention to detail are key to this role.
You must have GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, excellent customer care skills, demonstrate a flexible approach to the work and your working hours and be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
All employees will normally be appointed to the minimum of the grade for the job. For reasons connected with a particular need of the Council it may be appropriate, subject to approval, to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade.
