Are you both great with people and incredibly organised? Can you be flexible in your approach whilst making sure things are done on time, on budget and meet all objectives?
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help us run our department, provide support for a range of strategic projects and provide PA support to the Director of Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions (Acting).
Duties include:
- Working extensively with internal and external stakeholders to meet our objectives
- Organising our staff training and development programme and away days
- Providing administrative support to projects such as leading on action lists and drafting minutes
- Coordinating our financial management responsibilities
- Coordinating our department’s adherence to policies and processes such as our risk register and Green Impact and carrying out evaluation of key activities
- Supporting the director with diary management, travel admin and general admin support
You will be:
- Experienced in office management and/or an experienced executive personal assistant
- A great problem solver
- Happy to work on your own and as part of a team
- Excellent at communicating verbally and in writing, able to adapt your own style to get what is required from others
- Confident, flexible, enthusiastic and efficient
- Able to build positive relationships with others
- Highly organised and able to motivate others to achieve goals
- Ideally, experienced in working in large, complex organisations
