Local to Bournemouth
Travel to Bournemouth and London Offices when required.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Support working within the Digital Transformation environment. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy & and Mo:dus project team with delivering various modules of the software roadmap.
You will gain a deep understanding of the products and system, learn about our clients and users and improve experience and engagement. You will be confident in noticing trends and finding solutions to make the project successful, including leading implementation support, training and communications in the team.

No two days will be the same. When you’re dealing with people there’s never a dull moment, and you’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop the business.
As Project Support you’ll be:
- Learning Churchill’s inhouse software product and understand the digital transformation journey and roadmap
- A key team member in making Churchill’s Digitising FM vision a success
- Assisting in implementing solutions for the business and new clients
- Helping define technical requirements from user descriptions and drive and promote innovation with users
- Work closely with the Head of Strategy and Product Manager, as well as the developers related to the design, development and implementation of the product
- Regularly communicate with the business on current modules and new modules including tips and tricks to aid them with their new software
- Engage with end users to enhance their experience with extra training and support
- Play a key part in delivery and implementation of projects
- Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including all operational teams and shared services
- Work with and assist the project team in creating the product during design, launch and beyond, proactively educating users, championing the product and regularly soliciting feedback to plan for future implementations
- Use data analysis to provide insight into user and system performance, both from an operational and software point of view
- Raise any concerns with the project team of high priority system issues affecting the usability
As Project Support you’ll have:
- An interest in projects and will need to be exceptionally organised, logical and resourceful
- Confidence to delivery training and with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent background in administration and computer literate,
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, with a positive attitude.
