Job Title: Project Support Administrator

About the Trust

The Trust is one of the largest specialist mental health providers in the country, providing inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bolton, the city of Manchester, Salford, Trafford and Wigan, and a wide range of specialist mental health and addiction services across Greater Manchester, the north west of England and beyond.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Support the preparation of information and documentation for meetings relating to the CPEP, liaising with other professionals/teams and providing update reports and action plans as required.

· Data collection and monitoring, extracting data from various systems form both NHS Trust as Learning environment Providers and reporting as required.

· Support the Nursing and Education Teams, with providing a high-class administrative service for the Nursing, Governance and Risk team to meet the Team’s strategic objectives.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Previous admin experience

· Previous NHS experinece

· Time management skills
