33n is at an exciting phase of growth and we’re looking for an experienced project product manager to work remotely with the energy and drive. The role is divided into project and product management parts. The project management part of the role is to be a scrum master for continuous improvement and maintenance activities across the technical team. The product management part of the role is to provide tactical leadership for the products in support of the company’s corporate strategy. This includes producing and delivering against an agreed product development and delivery plan and defining the activity required.
This role has the following distinct areas:
- Scrum master across the maintenance and continuous improvement activities within the technical team.
- Project management of development partner projects.
- Defining the product solution strategy to support the company’s revenue objective.
- Defining the requirements for the solutions to be built.
- Product marketing initiatives in support of the product strategy.
- Communication and promotion of key products and solutions in support of business development and in support of 33n’s corporate strategy.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles and able to implement scrum best practices.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Coaching and team building skills for new development teams.
- Comfortable managing IT projects using waterfall or hybrid approach.
- Experience working in Jira and Monday.com Dev and Projects highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Tableau and AWS systems preferred.
- Able to combine technical knowledge and process with an appreciation of a clinical focus.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with vision of future solutions.
- Attention to detail.
Person Specification
The specific skills and experience required of the role are:
- 5 years IT product management experience in a software environment.
- 5 years healthcare or related product management experience.
- Exceptional project management, planning and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to influence and lead the organisation in the definition and implementation of product strategies.
- Understanding and appreciation of a clinical work environment and a consultancy background would be desirable.
