Job Title: Project Procurement Manager

Salary: Up to £50,840 dependent on skills and experiences
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and applying procurement processes within projects or business functions to source goods and services where the value, risk or contract warrants special definition or conditions beyond those for a routine purchase
- Sharing procurement principles and practices, including an understanding of the impact and implications of decisions made across the wider Supply Chain
- Utilising MRP data and any other relevant planning systems
- Interfacing with key stake holders (Quality engineering projects) to deliver consistent supplier performance
- Demonstrating subcontract management and supply relationship management using relevant tools and techniques
Your skills and experiences:
- Complex procurement experience & sub-contract management
- Understanding of the impact and implications of decisions made across the wider Supply Chain
- Strong communication and influencing skills to all levels of stakeholders
- Providing training and advising new team members
- Managing own workload with the ability to prioritise
- SAP experience and CIPS is advantageous
