Do you have a keen attention to detail and a flexible approach to work with the ability to manage your own workload?
We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong technology skills and the confidence to assess and evaluate information efficiently. Your work will focus on appeal administration and projects within Planning's Business Support Team.
You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload to manage and provide administration in all parts of the planning process particularly appeals. Attention to detail and ability to meet targets will be very important to meet the variable requirements set by the Planning Inspectorate.
As a Planning Technician you will ensure all submitted data meets national and local legislation and be responsible for completing notification, consultation and appropriate advertisement of all types of application.
You will accurately record all data and maintain databases in line with Data Protection legislation and guidance.
