PROJECT OPERATIONS MANAGER (BILINGUAL CHINESE/ENGLISH)

Responsibilities
- Monitor project operations, and ensure each phase of the project is being handled according to the timeline.
- Developing strategy and efficiency techniques to deliver better processes.
- Hiring and Training of new employees remotely during growth periods.
- Business retention of current accounts, and improving relations
- Tradeshow and Conference participation when needed
- Translation between Chinese Mandarin speaking staff members and English speaking clients and team members during critical moments of the project.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 Year College Degree preferred
- Must be able to travel at any time
- Must have a flexible schedule and ability to focus on multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly developing environment.
- Bilingual English / Mandarin
