PROJECT OPERATIONS MANAGER (BILINGUAL CHINESE/ENGLISH)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project operations, and ensure each phase of the project is being handled according to the timeline.
  • Developing strategy and efficiency techniques to deliver better processes.
  • Hiring and Training of new employees remotely during growth periods.
  • Business retention of current accounts, and improving relations
  • Tradeshow and Conference participation when needed
  • Translation between Chinese Mandarin speaking staff members and English speaking clients and team members during critical moments of the project.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 Year College Degree preferred
  • Must be able to travel at any time
  • Must have a flexible schedule and ability to focus on multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly developing environment.
  • Bilingual English / Mandarin
