
Project Manager - XDR Remote
Job description
This role is to support the onboarding of customers and improvement of NCC Groups Cloud XDR platform and services. This role is working closely with cyber security experts to effectively understand our customers and deploy tools that enable NCC Group to perform proactive monitoring to detect and respond to sophisticated cyber threats.
The successful candidate does not require cyber security experience, but strong project management and communication skills. If you are looking to work in a fascinating cyber security industry this may be the opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of onboarding projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Work with the delivery teams to allocate technical resources where needed in the project
- Develop a detailed project plans to monitor and track progress to keep key stake holders informed
- Manage changes to the project scope and the project schedule
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimise potential risks to the projects
- Create project documentation, including service handovers, to ensure there no impacts to live service
- Contribute to the improvement of our onboarding and project management processes
Requirements
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Desirable:
- PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience with project management software tools
