As a Project Manager (Wellness Futures), you will play a crucial role in managing projects within our innovative hub. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects, collaborating closely with colleagues across Wellness Futures and the wider retail and core teams. You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, and optimising existing processes to bring our vision to life.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage project plans and oversee all aspects of project delivery.
- Align milestones with our business strategy and ensure timely delivery according to the product roadmap.
- Communicate diligently with stakeholders to manage risks and prioritise projects.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of key projects across physical stores and digital platforms.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly and establish effective working methods with operational teams.
- Track KPIs and provide regular reports, conducting post-implementation snagging and delivering solutions.
- Manage A/B trials, support in-store training, and assist in optimising processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with core and store teams, ensuring successful collaboration.
Location: Flexible + Hybrid – the Wellness Futures team is based out of our London office, but there may also be travel to our Head Office base in Nuneaton as well as stores and other locations. There may also be occasional travel outside of the UK. We're a global, digitally enabled business and we expect our colleagues to be self-driven and to determine the most appropriate place to work each day to meet the requirements of the role, achieve their best performance and optimum output.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager with expertise in agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in a large retail organization, preferably with knowledge of healthcare.
- Familiarity with projects involving regulatory compliance.
- Ability to adapt between small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) and corporate environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project success.
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analysing multiple data sources.
- Confidence in managing partner expectations and holding third parties accountable.
- Comfortable working at a fast pace within an agile environment.
- Interest in health and wellness, with a desire to leverage digital solutions.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
