About Our Client:
They are a Developer with a property portfolio exceeding £4 Billion. This business owns multiple Central London Hotels, Offices and over 1400 rental properties. Additionally to the London portfolio, they have vast amounts of real estate across Europe and the Middle East. They are very fast paced, direct and progressive.
This company are happy to employ people either through an umbrella company on a CIS basis, via a Limited Company or Directly. So freelance and permanent candidates can be considered. A strong demonstration of permanent employment in the recent past is required as it is always ongoing employment, not just project specific.
The Role:
A Project Manager is required to help push forwards the delivery of a £250m hotel project in Central London. This is an iconic building and being finished to very high specification. The project is live and has approximately 18 months to run but the business have a very strong order book. This project is a million miles an hour and requires a proactive person who thinks on their feet and gets the job done. You may be required to assist with other projects with the company’s portfolio. This is an immediate start for the right person. This role is for an experienced individual who has delivered multiple projects as a Project Manager, it is not for someone to cut their teeth on.

The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
Experience working on prime fit out projects with values exceeding £40 million.
Worked as a Project Lead/Project Manager on multiple projects from start to finish
It is desirable to have:
High end hotel experience, especially through fit out stages
To be immediately available or on a short notice period.
