Job description
Your Mission
- Responsible for production of weekly/monthly project performance reports to enable Project Manager to update senior management on progress.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure project performance is managed in line with the scope and programmes.
- Support with managing all project processes and ensure all contracts adhere to the company policies and procedures
- Ensure quality standards are always adhered to
- Prioritisation/coordination of your own and the department’s workloads
- Manage status of queries from key stakeholders and make sure queries are being appropriately prioritised and delivered
- Take a proactive approach with ensuring ASM’s are encouraged and supported throughout the pre-contract signed phase to achieve signed contract agreement
Your profile
Professional Experience:
Previous experience of delivering complex projects / programmes- Proven track record and experience in the delivery of E-Mobility or related projects
- Background in negotiating with senior personnel
- Experience of delivering projects on time and budget
- Ideally you will have experience of hardware bundled services (mobile telecoms, digital consumer products, smart-home products and platforms etc) or an understanding of the Electric Vehicle market and experience in the automotive industry and/or E-Mobility solutions
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
