Job Brief

Senior Project Manager :

As a (Senior) Project Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple, system integation projects at the same time, and then the ongoing post sale service delivery relationship with the customer's operations teams. We specialise in software defined storage for the M&E and HPC markets. We work with some of the world’s biggest names delivering our award winning pixstor and ngenea systems. This opportunity is to join our service delivery team as we expand. You will be joining an experienced and hardworking operations team, delivering success to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering projects successfully within customer environments
  • Creating internal & external documentation based on company standards.
  • Manage budget, risks, issues and resourcing for all projects.
  • Working alongside internal & external teams including, the Professional Services Team to ensure successful delivery of all projects, on time, budget and scope.
  • Ensure consistent communication both internally and externally in a professional manner.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Demonstrate ownership of a project and drive its completion in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with our customers during transition and through the life of the contract
  • Produce and deliver service consumption reporting and service improvement plans

Soft Skills :

  • Knowledge of IT environments.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to understand the solutions we provide and apply that understanding to achieve results
  • Able to communicate across a wide range of project stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with excellent scheduling and task management skills.
  • High level of problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a deadline driven environment.

Requirement :

  • Minimum of 8 years managing complex projects in a fast moving technical industry
  • Proven track record of getting projects completed quickly and efficiently
  • Well versed in project management methodologies and practices
  • Any experience or knowledge in the media industry, i.e VFX, Pipeline, post production.
  • Any experience of knowledge of the HPC and Research Science industries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £50,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
