What will you be doing?

As a Project Manager at Adarga, you will lead the day-to-day capability management for a series of projects within one of our strategic programmes. Detail orientated, you will be comfortable capturing project requirements and managing the feedback loops into the Engineering, Product Management and Customer Success teams. You will use your exceptional organisational and communication skills to serve as the focal point of contact between the customer and Adarga teams, managing meetings, project plans, driving delivery, and providing customer and stakeholder groups with timely updates.


This is pivotal role based within the Programme Team and requires a highly versatile, detail orientated project manager who can dynamically combine both their Agile and traditional project management approaches to successfully deliver transformational infrastructure and software projects within a complex stakeholder environment.


Essential Requirements

  • Hold SC level clearance (minimum)
  • Have demonstrable experience of managing complex software and infrastructure projects
  • Project methodologies, Agile, PMP, Waterfall, PRINCE2
  • Able to respond quickly, and decisively to changes in project requirements
  • Take ownership of issues and maintain composure in challenging circumstances
  • Ability to skilfully manage stakeholders across the spectrum of seniority


Desirable Requirements


  • Productivity Tools: Jira, Slack, Miro, Smartsheet
  • Project Management Tools: Smartsheet, MS Project or equivalent
  • Available to travel to customer sites within the UK
  • Experience in working in a P3M environment
  • Project Tools, Smartsheet, MS Project
  • Familiar with TEPIDOIL and DOTMLPF capability management frameworks
  • An understanding of Cloud based technologies
  • Appreciation of Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
  • Appreciation of Natural Language Processing (NLP)


Interview Process

  • Getting to know you:

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit for Adarga. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

  • Team Interview:

In this meeting, you will be meeting your potential team members who will take a deeper dive into the role. There will be some high level technical questions, some competency questions and a chance for you to ask any further questions.

  • Final Interview:

In the final interview, you will meet with further members of your potential team. There will be no technical test, but we will ask you to talk us through a repository of any previous programming projects you have done. We will also look to gain a more detailed understanding of your experience to date and hear about different projects that you have worked on and the impact you had.
