Our client, a diversified global financial markets and infrastructure and data business, are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Resilience Risk Management to join their team in London. Requirements: You will have Project Management responsibility for a business focussed Third Party Risk Management project. This includes: Development of new processes, controls and reporting to address regulatory requirements. Development of business requirements and tracking strategic tooling upgrades. Review of Third Party resilience and development/coordination of risk remediations. Working alongside project SME's, your key responsibilities will be to: Follow standard project processes set out by the overseeing program to address the whole project life cycle. Shape and develop of project requirements and produce PID. Develop and track project plan. Manage risks, issues and dependencies. Produce project reporting. Produce project board materials and facilitate meetings. Coordinate and facilitate working groups and project workshops. Coordinate between diverse groups within the overall organisation to deliver this cross- discipline project. Key Skills: Relevant industry experience operating at a Project Manager level role. Experience in managing complex projects spanning multiple disciplines and interdependencies, including Risk Management, Third Party, Technology and Business functions. The ability to manage diverse senior stakeholders. The ability to shape both tactical delivery projects and strategic requirements management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment. Flexible work approach and be able to work to deadlines and under pressure. Working knowledge of 1st and 2nd Line of Defence (LoD) Working knowledge of Operational Resilience regulatory requirements for eg, PS21/3, DORA etc. Working knowledge of Third-Party Risk, Critical Third Party DP22/3 regulation and related Operational Resiliency context. Proficient in MS Office products.
