Available Job Today You'll be working directly with our high-net-worth clients to help implement their international goals, from incorporating companies in Hong Kong to applying for St. Lucia citizenship. You will be responsible for coordinating with our suppliers around the world to get the client's work done on time while ensuring their complete satisfaction.
The investment migration business is fast moving and challenging environment. We are looking for people who excel on attention to detail, and have a “no excuses” attitude. Although we provide training and support to succeed, we do prioritize those with experience in account management, client services, or project management.

Role responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to implement their global strategy plans created by our world-class strategy department.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and communicate with external vendors such as banks, government offices, and lawyers.
- Ensure clear and concise communication with all stakeholders to avoid difficulties and delays.
- Set timelines and prioritize tasks to complete projects with multiple deliverables on time, as clients work with us for a minimum of one year.
- Take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to fix issues and anticipate potential challenges.
- Manage document collection for clients and guide them through every step of implementing their plan.
- Provide exceptional white-glove service for clients, including identifying blind spots in their financial, lifestyle, or investment plan as a global citizen.
- Build strong relationships with clients, seeking opportunities to upsell additional services and offer ongoing support packages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management and/or project management
- Minimum 2 years experience in client facing role
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, "can-do" and "no excuses" mentality
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of project management tools i.e. Gantt charts
