Description Zachary Daniels are proud to be partnering with a major charity in their search for a Project Manager to join the retail team to be focused on HR and People projects. Our client is extremely forward thinking and this is a new Project Manager role that needs to be more than just an implementer as the role will help shape strategic decisions in the future of the retail HR and People strategy. This role is fully remote but will require travel with the needs of any project under taken. This Project Manager role will need to balance multiple projects from infancy stage through to completion working and engaging with senior leadership including the People Director and Retail Director. About the role Develop concrete, detailed plans outlining the duties of each team member, identifying project goals and setting a timeline for each project Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans and present to key stakeholder Monitor each project to ensure that projects remain on track to meet the agreed milestones and deadlines and develop according to plan Responsible for not only identifying project objectives but also ensuring they are met Follow the agreed project lifecycle stages ensuring production and management of all relevant project artefacts and reporting to appropriate stakeholders Report on the success of the project, managing risks and issues and providing an overall RAG status of the health of the project Upon conclusion of the project to undertake post implement reviews to capture lessons learnt to apply to new project to be delivered Experience required The successful candidate for this Project Manager position will have led people focused projects in a retail business and have a Project Management qualification such as a PRINCE2 would be a advantage but a necessity.
