Our client is a North America OSS, BSS and VAS software business of over 1500 people.
Their portfolio of solutions can enable services and revenue from 5G, IoT, AI and Cloud TV technologies. Within OSS they have 5 solutions which cover Inventory, Service Assurance (PM / FM), Network Visualization, Fiber Network Design, and Cooper & FiberTesting. We are looking for a Solutions Architect to cover these OSS solutions but with a particular focus on Inventory solutions. This role is to product manage the delivery of these software solutions (Inventory solution in particular)
The Role:
They are strengthening their global operations team with a client-focused Project Manager to work on our customer delivery projects in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
You will work with a group of specialists in an enthusiastic team with E2E responsibility for customer engagement, deployment, and support. Reporting to the Director, Global OSS Professional Services, you will lead a team delivering our software and associated services, primarily to telecom operators, and have accountability for all disciplines including planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting of customer delivery projects.
Build a quality SOW where the budget, project delivery model, deliverables & milestones are clearly defined, and agreed with the customers
Create, maintain and visualize the project delivery plan E2E (based on SOW scope, external dependencies, risks etc .
Drive the project execution, manage the scope creep, proactively asses & manage risk and take actions to keep the projects on track.
Handle the customer engagement: Be the primary point of interaction with the customer. Proactively manage customer expectations, facilitate problem solving & pro-actively minimize conflicts. Mobilize people to reach a common goal and make things happen.
Control project financials: manage both customer invoicing, and revenue forecasts & recognition. Ensure project margins are healthy and on-budget.

What You Bring:
Ability to speak English.
Experience working in the Telecoms industry, ideally delivering OSS (Operations Support Systems)
Experience working for a vendor as a customer Project Manager.
Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
Authorisation to work & travel within the EU & MEAA
Experience in both Waterfall and Agile Project Methodologies

The role can be based anywhere in Europe working from home with regular traveling.
