Title:
Project Manager - NuclearInitial / Short Term Requirements (circa 12-18 months):

Shadow / work with independent consultant currently engaged to define and pursue business development / growth strategy for the nuclear civil decommissioning sector and nuclear new build sector – including areas such as:
- Annual strategy refresh
- Maintenance of Salesforce
- IRC Gateway Reviews
- NDA Estate Working Group
- NNB Working Groups – GW and SMR / AMR’s
- Reporting to Monthly Nuclear Sector Board and Monthly KBR Campaign Reviews

Supporting positioning, preparation (including client engagement, partnering discussions and coordination with FNC), prequalification and tendering for a range of opportunities in the current nuclear civil decommissioning pipeline and nuclear new build pipeline, including but not limited to:

Nuclear civil decommissioning:
- Various programmes and clients discussed after start date

Nuclear new build:
- Various programmes and clients discussed after start date

Nuclear civil decommissioning:
- Providing support to nuclear projects through participation in assurance reviews of major projects and development of an assurance oversight framework.
- Support work to define and articulate the P3M / Programme Integrator offering for the nuclear sector (combining the full capabilities of the wider KBR group) and the development of a proprietary tool kit – IPMS+ or similar.
Long Term Plan (with effect within circa 12-18 months):
- Business development lead for the nuclear civil decommissioning sector with full ownership of the associated growth strategy and pipeline.
