Are you an experienced Project Manager in a digital environment who can work across different methodologies and with key stakeholders and suppliers?

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Project Manager to join the business to work on a variety of Asda Rewards projects.

Your Role:

• Lead and drive project planning of key Asda Rewards developments, as per business priorities, across all internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with the definition of clear requirements, use cases and scope aligned to business strategy
• Agree and manage expectations on delivery timescales and outcomes across all stakeholders
• Manage project plans and deliverables to time, cost and scope
• Involvement in budget and resource management if required
• Update project sponsors and programme managers on progress and RAID items requiring escalation in a timely manner
• Facilitate broad stakeholder workshops and meetings to deliver agreed outcomes
• Build strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Have a flexible and adaptable project methodology approach that is focused on stakeholder engagement and outcome delivery
• Informal coaching of other colleagues on project management as and when appropriate

About you:

• You are an experienced Project Manager who has previously worked in a digital/technology space – ideally on loyalty programmes, marketing technology ecosystems, app development or around decision science and analytics
• You have a proven track record of project delivery, utilising methodologies such as Waterfall & Agile, and can turn your hand to both
• You will be familiar with operating in large corporate and programme management structures
• You will likely have 5-10 years experience in similar roles
• You are proactive and resilient, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
