Role Requirements :
- Description Requirements of special knowledge/skills Strong project management skills/experience including experience with a range of different methodologies and techniques.
- Preferably having a background in Agile Project management, PMI certification and / or LEAN Proven track record to independently lead high complexity (end-2-end) projects, drive multiple medium complexity projects and/or manage project portfolios or projects.
- Have a solid business understanding, independently use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making.
- Analytical skill and mastering data handling and measuring success, ability to tell a clear story with data/insights.
- Think holistically and be able to articulate long term vision for the project management craft and own projects.
- Change management experience & mind-set Strong interpersonal skills focused on collaboration.
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships and connections with diverse teams, across the organization and outside.
- Effectively communicate including large audiences.
- Ability to influence and steer leadership, senior management and groups (up to STLT level). Can productively interact with VP level Ability to break up complex problems into actionable and easy to understand solutions.
- Able to function well within ambiguity and in a constantly changing environment.
- Lead best practice behaviors within the department on Project Management methodology and behaviors.
- Experience in [Privacy, Cyber Security, Fraud] is desirable.
