About this role

Our award-winning apprenticeship programme offers you the opportunity to gain qualifications, hands-on experience as well as personal and professional development. Project Managers are the people who help our turn our plans into tangible solutions and help deliver them into every day working life. And with millions of customers and over 100,000 colleagues, that’s no mean feat. And that’s where we need you.

You will be for working with project teams to ensure the success of a wide variety of projects with our business customers projects. We work with customers across the world, so you’ll need to be good at multitasking and working with colleagues and customers in different countries. You’ll learn to use different methodologies such as waterfall and agile and understand what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved and how much it will cost.

You will work alongside an experienced team and will gradually be assigned your own projects, building your expertise in areas such as project delivery, communication, reporting, risk management and project leadership. If you think you are well organised (or would like to be!), enjoy working in a structured way with others, this could be the perfect role for you.

This job is available in the Global part of our business.
About the apprenticeship you’ll study for

You’ll study for a Level 6 degree level apprenticeship, called Project Management. If you complete the course successfully, you’ll receive a degree from one of our university partners.

The degree course runs for 4 years and is a work-based learning degree.

  • You’ll spend a minimum of 20% of your time learning and studying.

Entry Requirements

You’ll need to achieve (or be on course to achieve) 120 UCAS Tariff points from a combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications which may include: A level or BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas.

Equivalent qualifications are accepted. Due to the sensitive nature of some of our roles, you may be required to undergo Security Clearance. Don’t worry, our Early Careers teams will talk you through this if needed.
