Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of client project management team in the estate’s office
- Leading on and supporting daily stakeholder communication and forward planning
- Working as part of an existing mace team supporting the team in preparing project reporting and recording procedures with the client and the professional team and contractor.
- Supporting the team in development of the design, procurement of the contractor.
- Managing information flow under NEC contract, monitoring EW and seeking information in a timely manner; drafting instructions for approval by the NEC project manager
- Monitoring the performance of the professional team and the contractor and reporting to the client.
- Liaising with the professional team and prepare regular/monthly quality, cost and programme reports.
- Advising the client of any decisions required and obtain authorisation.
- Chairing Early warning and stakeholder meetings, attendance at Design team meetings recording EW and potential compensation events, taking and closing client and PM actions
- Supporting the mace team in Managing, monitoring and coordinating all key aspects of the project, including but not limited to, cost, value, risk, logistics, neighbour relations, safety, quality, M&E, design, stakeholder engagement and environment.
- Supporting the Mace team in ensuring close out and practical completion schedules are completed and issued.
- Supporting the preparing detailed project plan and providing financial reports on time (forecasts, budgets, income, fees and etc.).
