FFW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work in a dedicated role on a strategic pharma account. The selected candidate will oversee multiple web development projects within a program, supporting various vendor project teams in the creation of technology solutions while enforcing established processes.

About the Position:
FFW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work in a dedicated role on a strategic pharma account. The selected candidate will oversee multiple web development projects within a program, supporting various vendor project teams in the creation of technology solutions while enforcing established processes.
- Lead and coordinate activities for the discovery, planning, scheduling, development, testing, and deployment of projects.
- Serve as the primary point of communication for various stakeholder groups.
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure client success through a combination of consulting, oversight, hands-on leadership, and team leadership.
- Support the Account Manager in the long-term health and growth of the accounts.
- Evaluate project health, identify risks, manage escalated situations, and develop mitigation and communication plans.
- 5+ years of experience as a web project manager in an agency environment.
- Experience working with multiple enterprise clients.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and negotiating solutions for project success.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to lead and manage remote teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Experience with various software development methodologies and design principles.
- Willingness to admit mistakes and work collaboratively to address them.
Nice to Haves:
- Formal PM training or certifications (PMO, Agile, Scrum, etc).
- Previous experience working remotely and demonstrated remote communication skills.
