Leads complex and large-scale, moderate to high-risk projects across the project lifecycle to ensure delivery that is on time, in budget and within scope.
Reporting into the Director, EMEA Customer Programme Management, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing product upgrades for key customers. These projects can vary in size and complexity. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure that the appropriate resources and teams are involved and engaged as part of these projects.
The role of the Project Manager is pivotal within Customer Implementation as it is accountable for setting up, managing and delivering on key product migrations in support of LSEGs product strategy. These projects are likely to be global in scope so the Project Manager will have to be able to work with stakeholders globally and may sometimes have to be available outside of local working hours.
On these projects the Project Manager will be expected to create project plans along with other documents such as RACI models, RAID, reporting Dashboards etc. It is also expected that the Project Manager will be able to lead cross-functional teams for the duration of the projects and drive performance from these groups to successful project completion.
Essential Skills:

Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the Refinitiv Products

Proven track record of delivery in environments with high levels of ambiguity, changes in strategy and can incorporate these into defined processes.

Experience in managing multiple stakeholders including external clients and can provide examples.

Experienced in producing and presenting progress dashboards to key sponsors and stakeholders.

Has formulated and presented project plans and proposals at management level resulting in buy-in and sponsorship.

Proven track record of defining and agreeing approaches and alternative solutions to solve business and operational challenges.

Highly experienced and can demonstrate a full understanding of commercial, technical and service drivers that are used to define and execute project direction.

Highly skilled on Meeting Management (Project Kick Off, Stakeholder Meetings, Status Meetings, Change Control, Project Review).

Must be able to inspire trust, manage expectations, gain buy in and sponsorship from key stakeholders

Proven track record of matrix management and managing across different cultures
Desirable Skills:

Experience of presenting to the customer around Refinitiv products and capabilities.

Good understanding of the financial services industry and the key competitors in this space.

Project Management or Financial Markets certification

Knowledge of internal systems such as Siebel, Salesforce, Service Now and be able to extract data to create management reports
