6+ month ongoing contract

JOB PURPOSE
To work as a member of a team providing a high standard of service to the public.
To assist in education within adult services.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- quickly gain an understanding of the adult education landscape of Oxfordshire, building on existing knowledge
- identify, and research baseline measures for, targeted cohorts of adults
- effectively deliver outcomes within a defined timescale
- work effectively, communicate with a range of partners working with officials at a range of levels
- be solution-focused
- use initiative, and work independently
- report to the project leader on a daily basis; and
- be conscientious, well organised and flexible in your approach
