As an Project Manager at Verkeer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our agency. You will collaborate closely with various departments to streamline processes, manage resources, and drive productivity. Responsibilities
- Process Optimisation: Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and budgets, to maximise project success and profitability.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration among teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork to achieve project goals.
- Project Coordination: Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Tool Management: Build and maintain relationships with external tool providers and partners to optimise resources and support project requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
- Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and monitoring, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support agency profitability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights into operational performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Team Development: Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and support line managers in following processes to support junior team members.

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
