Job title: Project Manager – Delivery
Location: Barrow-In-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements but there will be a requirement to attend site subject to business needs
Salary: £53,400 plus dependent on skills and experiences. Healthy car allowance and bonus scheme are also included
What you’ll be doing:
- Mentor, develop, guide and support your team
- Take the Lead and Be accountable for the delivery aspects across all project management in the delivery team ( budgets, schedules, project management plans)
- Support with project management guidance and input for The IPT (Integrated Project Team) at all levels
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise, and putting in place delivery / recovery plans
- Alignment of team deliveries to the local delivery area practice, and conformance with programme / business standards Gain acceptance and approval of project budgets
- Working with our customers to keep them informed, supportive, and aligned to our delivery
- Play an integral part in making the team environment a great place to work
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- A good, healthy knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques and practices with basic knowledge of Commercial & Finance aspects
- Have a passion for helping to guide others in solving complex project-related issues whilst following established procedures
- Hold a relevant Project Management certification or strong industry experience
- Have strong stakeholder communication and management experiences both internally and externally with an art of persuasion and influence at senior levels
