The Project Manager/Business Analysis Manager role within Business Transformation – Investments (“BTI”) will lead and support change initiatives within the Investments Function. The role has significant scope for high business impact and strong career development over time.
In this role, you will:
- Provide and assist with the management of adherence to scope and requirements (functional and non-functional) to ensure the projects remain on track.
- Document the Target Operating Model, Business operating and Service models
- Engage with key stakeholders, define project requirements
- Analysis of data provided and refine to details scope and work required
- Draft up target process flows and procedures and work with locations to implement changes
- Assist locations in implementing global operating model and procedures
- Provide the Project/Programme Manager with regular reporting on the assigned deliverable and prepare or provide input for steering packs.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of Asset Management / Investment Banking (Front-Office) including Decision Support & Analytics, Portfolio Management, Investment restrictions, Dealing
- Knowledge of Asset Management / Investment Banking Middle-Office, Back-Office, Performance, Risk, Reporting, Compliance would be desirable
- Cross asset class experience (equity, fixed income, derivatives, etc.)
- Experience of Bloomberg AIM portfolio management system would be desirable
- Experience of business analysis and target operating model analysis and definition
- Multi-disciplinary – Analytical skills - need to be able to support the shaping of the business requirements and solution designs that encompass all aspects of delivery
- Ability to work with limited supervision and make decisions regarding assigned projects independently or with limited direction from management.
- Ability to devise efficient solutions to business challenges and provide analytic expertise in operational and business change,
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience would be desirable
This is a Hybrid working role with the base location as London.
