Visa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to clients (sending and receiving financial institutions, processors, merchants, and service providers) to facilitate fund transfers/disbursements to Visa accounts around the world using push payment technology. Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer, person to micro-business transfer (e.g., payouts to shared economy providers), funds disbursement (e.g., insurance claim disbursements), and more. The push payments market is estimated to be more than 80 Trillion of payment volume globally.

Responsibilities
Understand and execute the scope, budget, and timeline of projects and initiatives, and manage situations that might impact the projects' course.
Accountable for projects' delivery on time, on budget, and with the expected quality standards.
Collaborate with the commercial and engineering business units in the effort estimation of new initiatives and implementations.
Act as liaison among discipline teams, internal and external client in both English and Spanish.
Facilitate communications, ceremonies and support the activities of delivery teams.
Identify, manage, and own risks that could impact project's delivery.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 25 percent of the time.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Agile frameworks knowledge and experience.
Assertive communication in both English and Spanish.
Basic principles in product development.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle.
Understanding of risk management techniques and strategies.
Education Level: Bachelors.
Years of Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience.
Languages: Advanced English and Spanish.
