Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in helping us to develop, implement and deliver specific projects to fulfil the strategic objectives of Macclesfield Primary Network. The Project Management Team will define the priority areas for delivery. The role will involve working alongside the PCN Clinical Directors, PCN Programme Manager and the PCN Lead Educator.

The post holder will contribute to innovation and change in service delivery taking responsibility for project management as required and help manage any delegated actions arising from weekly Project Management meetings.
