What is the role?

Salary £55,000-£60,000 dependent on experience

Reporting into the Project Portfolio manager within the Tech & Change function, you will have the opportunity to work on projects across all business divisions and brands across TRG. You will help to drive a mindset of change and lead projects that impact our guests, team members and head office employees. It's an exciting time to join us; with lots of initiatives in the pipeline.

Depending on your experience and interests, you could be working on tech rollouts with our external suppliers, helping to support large scale business change, or with our new partner on all things digital.

We aim to be in the office ~3 days a week, to work alongside our business stakeholders and we often spend time out in our restaurants. The office is located next to Borough Underground in London, and in walking distance from London Bridge and Waterloo Station.

What will I be responsible for?

  • Leading multiple technology and business change projects across the TRG group (including Wagamama, our Leisure sites and Pubs!
  • Flexing project management methodology as needed whilst using our PMO framework to guide and support
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders from across the business
  • Spending time getting to know our business divisions to understand how and why change is important
  • Working together and alongside the wider Tech & Change team to support our guests, restaurants and pubs

What skills and experience do I need?

  • An accomplished project manager with experience managing multiple business initiatives from start to finish
  • A solid grasp of project management principles, governance frameworks and methodologies
  • Able to produce project plans, roadmaps and status updates, and adapt your style to the audience
  • Good knowledge of business systems in a commercial environment; ideally from a retail, leisure or hospitality background
  • APM or Prince2 qualified

  • Confident to challenge and influence stakeholders at varying levels, with a focus on the 'why'
  • Be logical and structured, breaking down complex projects into clear and simple tasks
