About The Role
Would you like to support an individual to choose their own home, who they live with and choose their own staff team?
Providing project management support to subsidiaries to achieve their development objectives, whilst reporting back to the Group Project Manager Lead.
Learning points gained from individual projects and working to achieve continual improvement within project work. Working alongside Operational Managers to lead, develop and monitor the effective set up and delivery of new and transferred services and role model Thera¿s overall vision and strategic direction.
- The Project Manager will provide support to the subsidiaries to achieve their development objectives.
- They will work alongside the local companies to lead, develop and monitor the effective set up and delivery of new and transferred support for individuals, this will include:
- Role model Thera's overall vision and strategic direction
- Create, lead and report on project plans ensuring that agreed timescales and milestones are met
- Influence key stakeholders to take decisions promoting the rights of individuals
- Leading a project team to ensure effective management of a complex project(s), within resources to meet development objectives
- Ensuring that the statutory and legal requirements are met for each project
- To ensure that projects work towards a culture of continuous improvement which delivers the best outcomes for people supported
Your Skills and Experience
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who takes pride in delivering excellence, thrives on challenges and is adaptable. It is imperative that the chosen candidate is flexible, and ideally experienced in a Social Care environment, but this is not essential.
This is a permanent role and the person appointed will be keen to get onboard with Thera¿s Vision and use this as the backbone of their working practice within projects.
- Preferable to have experience of Project Management, preferably in the Social Care environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
