Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scope Definition:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, sales, and product teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and address potential risks or issues promptly.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and implement proactive measures to minimise project delays and roadblocks.
- Regularly communicate risk status to stakeholders and escalate critical issues as necessary.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress reports, and address client concerns promptly.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance measures are in place to deliver bug-free and high-performing software solutions.
Change Management:
- Effectively manage change requests and ensure alignment with the project's scope and objectives.
- Assess the impact of changes on project timelines and budgets and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Project Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and issue logs.
Post-Implementation Support:
- Collaborate with the support team to address post-implementation issues and provide ongoing support to clients as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development or financial technology industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Proficient in using project management tools and software.
Familiarity with the financial services industry, compliance, and anti-money laundering regulations is a plus.
