About The Role

Are you looking for your next career move? We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Trakway Team.

The Project Manager should have knowledge of how a field-based project works, experience of managing small project and a good understanding of assets and the customer journey.

The main purpose of the job is to complete projects through planning, organising and supervising site staff, monitoring Health, Safety and Quality through inspections and audits, completing relevant paperwork and accurately controlling stock.

Key Duties and responsibilities will include;

  • To work alongside the supplying depots to manage installation and collections
  • Responsible for the planning of the programmed works, completing all relevant paperwork, and identifying resource required to complete the works
  • Managing the site including the crews and ensuring projects are completed within strict timeframes
  • Working closely with the client and supplying business units
  • Develop relationships with customer site teams and our depots installation teams to ensure good working relations and high customer satisfaction in relation to our installation and collection

The role will require working away from home and additional hours on weekdays/ weekends

About You

To be considered for this role the applicant must have the following:

The essential requirements:

  • Previous project management with the emphasis on continuous improvement is desirable.
  • Site experience, ideally within a similar industry (Desirable)
  • Attendance and contribution to all appropriate meetings.
  • The measurement and management of non-conformances and issues using an appropriate system.
  • Process adherence and control.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Skills and knowledge of project management
  • Good analytical skills and the effective use of evidential data.
  • Teamwork – able to work across teams and across the company to build positive outcomes.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages, including word and excel.

The successful candidate should have confidence in own ability’s and experience to make on the spot decisions to ensure a project runs smoothly and is suited to the customers’ requirements and the staff and product capabilities. You must also be able to present complex plans and ideas in simple terms to ensure all team members understand the requirements of a project.
