We have ambitious plans and following 20 years of sustained growth, we're seeking an experienced individual who can effectively manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects.
The ideal Project Manager will have fulfilled a role in Software Development or a similar environment; they will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact on projects
- Creating project schedules and plans whilst ensuring these are kept updated with any changes to deadlines
- Updating clients to organise meetings, handle issues, collect project information and documentation - maintaining a strong customer focus
- Ensure streamlined communication between all departments
- Creation of work packages and allocation of resources
- Organising user acceptance testing and client sign off
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager and Business Analyst on client requests and new projects
- Overseeing jobs and making sure they are on track, on time and on budget
- Raising issues with the team as they happen, and proactively ensuring they are dealt with
- Compiling project minutes of meetings
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in relevant field or qualified by experience
- Experience in commercial project co-ordination
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Experience of collaborative working systems such as Trello
- Knowledge of Jira issue tracking system is desirable
