Fantastic friendly and growing carers charity, Stepping Out with Carers is looking to recruit a dynamic and creative Project Manager to join its committed team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-astute, reliable and enthusiastic individual to drive our innovative annual awareness campaign. The Big Step Out
Already in its third year, we are looking for someone who can expand The Big Step Out both as a series of walking festivals and as a powerful digital campaign to reach more carers and the people they care for.
You will be working with a tremendous team in multiple areas where Stepping Out With Carers is already established (Hertfordshire, Kent, Essex, Manchester and Doncaster) alongside venturing into new location

- Would enjoy the challenge of expanding The Big Step Out from a local to national profile
- Have successful experience of growing a brand or mass participation event
- Possess great relationship building skills and a love of networking
- Would relish the chance to help improve the lives of unpaid carers and those they care for
- Enjoy working in a dynamic team but are also a self starter
- Have charity or fundraising experience
- Would be able and happy to travel as part of your role
- Live within the preferred location of North London, Hertfordshire or Kent
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Salary: £30,000.00 per year
