About the Role
Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, Belfast or Dublin.
Salary: £22,800 - £34,200 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As Project Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our SSE Offshore Renewables business. The successful candidate will provide Project Co-ordination of administrative, information management and support activities to Offshore Development Projects. A key part of this role will involve establishing and maintaining quality governance for administrative processes, data gathering and analysis and multi-tasking to meet demanding priorities.
- Manage all payment records, checking accuracy of invoicing, receipting and retention processes, liaising with Accounts Payable and Procurement as required.
- Scheduling of weekly, monthly and bi-monthly Project meetings including the management of agendas and minutes.
- Support all project team members to ensure that tasks can be completed effectively, including providing information, signposting, and guidance.
- Providing onboarding for new joiners in relation to the administrative elements of the relevant project
- Ensure that all project decisions, actions and details are accurate and recorded to ensure central record of key information is available to complete Project and Business processes.
- Ordering and management of PPE requirements.
- Create and maintain strong working relationships within the team and across the wider business to understand the various functions and the business as a whole
- Travel, diary management and coordination for Project Director
- Planning and coordination of project events and conference, ensuring a cost effective and sustainable approach at all times.
- Challenge processes and system design in order to achieve efficiency, acting as an ambassador across the team and encouraging new ideas.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- A constructive and proactive approach to efficient completion of work and coordinating a large team.
- Excellent attention to detail, expert organisational ability, problem solving skills and a high degree of competency in all O365 applications.
- Experience of management systems including Electronic Document Management Systems and SharePoint.
- Experience of working on projects.
- Proven financial administration, including creation of Purchase Orders and management of invoices.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to identify priorities, work under pressure and manage workloads with competing deadlines to deliver work to high standards in a fast-paced environment.
