Your role with us…
*We’re looking to expand our project delivery team with two experienced Project Managers* to take responsibility for the delivery of a wide range of technology projects across multiple teams. Our Project Managers lead projects from inception through to delivery, supporting the planning, co-ordination, tracking, reporting and delivery of all project phases, both for internal and external projects. This covers the full project lifecycle with management of internal departments and external partners to achieve agreed project outcomes.
About you…
Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to easily build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders including product owners, developers and directors. You’ll enjoy nurturing a flexible, collaborative working environment to support project teams to work efficiently and effectively towards their project goals and milestones. This includes playing a key role in co-ordinating resources within other teams.

- are naturally warm and assertive when influencing and encouraging others to achieve their goals
- have robust experience managing multi-discipline projects; positively and proactively driving delivery through to agreed deadlines
- thrive in a busy environment where priorities can change at short notice
- possess excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality in all of your responsibilities
- are experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, able to lead product teams and/or organise a matrix of resources in more traditional delivery
