Minimum Job Qualifications
Day to day tasks:
- Work closely with the Project Coordinator ensuring projects are executed successfully
- Monitor project progress and delivery timelines using our SAP system and address any potential delays proactively
- Regularly communicating with clients and have the ability to priortise and problem solve effectively to ensure overall stakeholder satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve service quality and identify opportunities for streamlining processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Requirements:
- A strong background in Project Management within the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and collaboration with internal teams.
- Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment with demonstrated outstanding organisation skills
- Proficiency in using SAP or other relevant project management software is a plus.
- Analytical technical mindset to assess data, identify trends, and implement improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
