Minimum Job Qualifications

Day to day tasks:
Work closely with the Project Coordinator ensuring projects are executed successfully
Monitor project progress and delivery timelines using our SAP system and address any potential delays proactively
Regularly communicating with clients and have the ability to priortise and problem solve effectively to ensure overall stakeholder satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve service quality and identify opportunities for streamlining processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Requirements:
A strong background in Project Management within the oil and gas industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and collaboration with internal teams.
Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment with demonstrated outstanding organisation skills
Proficiency in using SAP or other relevant project management software is a plus.
Analytical technical mindset to assess data, identify trends, and implement improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
