SAI services’ develops the SAS (Software As a Service) products which helps our clients to position themselves at the forefront of modern technology. Along with the Artificial Intelligence, SAI are going to make use of Machine Learning, Artificial Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). Our goal is to help clients build their software products and digital presence in the sectors of E-commerce, Social Media and Digital Advertising.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can help our team achieve a high level of performance and act as a Scrum Master.

As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Defining the project’s schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.
  • Demonstrate the understanding of the end to end process landscape, representing the team in project and related forums
  • Utilise recognised project management disciplines to create sustainable change, stakeholder management and communication
  • Coordinate effective relationships with a global customer base
  • Coordinate current and future projects, ensuring robust, compliant and scaleable solutions are created for the business
  • Coordinate the deployment of solutions into BAU and support any associated issues that arise
  • Be a catalyst for change and continuous improvement within the team
  • Keep process documents and policies current and relevant
  • Produce and deliver reports and presentations as required to management
  • Adhere to policies, controls and governance
  • Resolve customer issues, escalating as necessary
  • Undertake appropriate training and development

Also act as a Scrum Master who can Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

  • Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
  • Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
  • Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
  • Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
  • Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
  • Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
  • Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
  • Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives

Relevant qualifications or qualified by experience in the industry specific field with a minimum of 5 years of experience

  • In-depth knowledge of process management and IT landscape including strong systems knowledge & experience
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Advanced numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate financial information to operational teams
  • Continuous improvement ‘mind set’ with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues using innovation
  • Ability to multi-task, work accurately at speed and under pressure
  • Able to work with manager to plan team workload effectively to deliver complex activities to challenging timescales
  • Customer focused demonstrating customer first behaviours
  • Self-driven learner with an appetite for continuous professional and personal development
  • Good to have any relevant certification in Agile or Project Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £26,000.00 per year
