Job Title: Project Manager
Department: WS
Expected Weekly Hours: 40
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location Remote
Pay Range: $81.70 - $84.60 per hour
Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the client’s business unit(s) with the management and coordination of various activities across a product/service portfolio. If you are a project manager/coordinator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders on large scale projects, this position is for you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering project timeline and deliverables, including creating and managing a workback plan
- Create and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) instance
- Document program from start to finish, including detailing user stories, features and epics
- Document and manage risks/issues and take detailed notes and action items in client team meetings
- Document requirements within Azure DevOps (ADO) engineering and business, groom backlog and run sprint/ status meetings
- Status Syncs with Business Leads
- Develop and implement training materials
- Develop and plan UAT including UAT signoff, Go-No-Go meeting, Go live and postmortem bug review
- Works independently and engage program manager(s), executives and other leaders when additional support is required
- Collaborate with the various teams to develop readiness and training for impacted roles
- Manage team calendar and rhythm of business (ROB) in SharePoint
- Drive assigned tasks to completion by effectively communicating with owners on when tasks are due and offering support when necessary
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a program or project manager role, experience to include
- Managing consumer electronics, social media platforms or software/web based products
- Using agile management methodologies on large scale software/cloud projects and consistently meeting deadlines
- Collaborating with global stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with customer service and support personnel
- Prosci Change Management certification preferred

- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for working in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status
- Strong computer skills that include proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio), Teams and SharePoint

- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently

- At times, may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the duties of the position.
