Reqiva are proud to be partnered with one of the leading players in the Cyber Security Sector.
They are currently on the look out for an experienced Project Manager to actively lead, manage and motivate teams to deliver customer and business projects, including research resource requests, to agreed cost, time, quality and expectations.
To bring clarity, organisation and attention to detail, to project management, service delivery and account management, as well as supporting pre-sales activities.

They are looking for an individual with the following skillset;
- Professional attitude with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
- Organised with a keen attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to own tasks to conclusion.
- Strong awareness of security.
- IT literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to make commercially sound decisions related to project delivery.
- Ability to react to and manage projects, issues and risks in a controlled and professional manner, instilling confidence in project members, customers and other stakeholders.
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects.
- Understand and execute projects in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct day to day management of assigned projects.
- Ensure that all project records are kept up to date and completed in a timely manner.
- Manage and escalate appropriately to management and stakeholders any issues which could impact delivery time, budget or quality; identifying and presenting alternative solutions.
- Build and manage meaningful and supportive relationships across the Business in order to deliver successful projects.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, maintaining an ongoing dialogue.
